What happened to the no cost hair color change scroll idea for those folks who:

paid money up front
played CBTs and lobbied for additional hair colors
created and played their chars on open beta WITHOUT the optimally desired hair color
REJOICED that EME responded to the additional color request

but now have an OpenBeta chara that does not have the hair color they wanted and now need to PAY to have that change implemented?

I feel like I am being punished for paying up front, taking part in the testing process and providing constructive community feedback through the CBT/OB process. If there is a no cost scroll in the works for pre-order/OB players that have charas they do not want to re-roll?? (some of us have RL you know), PLEASE LET US KNOW.

I see the hair color change scroll in the cash shop, so know the code is there. I do not feel I should have to pay for it when had the color option been available at OB, my char would ALREADY HAVE IT!

Awaiting a reply please EME.

Edit: Appearance change token does more than just hair and hair color.

I opened a ticket a week ago to have my hair changed and got a ticket for it since I created in OBT. Y U NO USE TICKET SYSTEM?!

I would welcome an ingame barbershop/salon. Sometimes you get a desire to change your style occasionally.

I REALLY want the option to change my hair color to the desired RED that launch players started with without having to re roll a character or pay RL money for it. Especially since I was one who lobbied for the change in the first place.

I suppose it works both ways... I think EME should do a query... OB charas... new hair colors... send mail... Hey... you have a hair scroll, go to your mailbox to claim it.

EME may think... they want a change, they will submit a ticket. Hmmm... nothing was "wrong" for me other than feeling slighted. Suppose both sides have something to learn.

wish can have the new colors too, just need pm a gm for that? how i can call one at game? im a pre-order, cb and ob player too.

This game seriously needs a barber shop to let us pay in-game money to change hair color, style, and adornments.

I asked a GM on chat support and they said they're no longer doing hair colour change scrolls for characters made during OBT before the new colours were added.
