I'm trying to initiate a server transfer, but every time I select my character is says unavailable. I already made sure there are no items in my mail. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also make sure your mail box is empty and you have no items on the broker.

I just wanted to let you know that currently we are having an issue with server transfers. We are investigating the issue, and if you sign up for the "notify me when this answer is updated" function at the bottom of the FAQ page, you will receive an automatic update when there is new information!

We've fixed the issue and verified that server transfer is now working. :)
