Please have this..
I was so excited when i heard it has dynamic skill based combat and not the passive ones in traditional mmo.. However, I just found out that your rate of fire (holding fire button) depends on your latency/ping, meaning the lower your ping the faster you can throw stones.
my toons both range and melee has a considerable pause before initiating the next attack and it has proven to be a big disadvantage in pvp specially on my priest.
one solution is to have a skill queue instead of waiting for one skill to finish before checking what the next skill is. or you can even put a cap or a limiter say 150ms per attack so at least it'll balance out a little regardless of the latency.
so please i beg you with all the power that i have you need to remedy this. this is a major dealbreaker for me 2nd only to the fact that you decided to ignore the RP community.
