I plan to buy Tera a few weeks after launch as I am still writing final exams and want to wait till after I finish.

Is there a grace period in which we can still retain our open beta characters?

For example, will they let us buy the game a few weeks later and our characters will still be there?

I understand if they are deleted after 3 months, but hopefully a few weeks should still be fine?

Any help would be great! Thank you!

Yes! There is indeed a grace period! You'll have about a month to purchase the game and still have your character available from OBT!

The stickied FAQ says they aren't wiping the OBT characters for a couple months.

You should be fine.
