I actually agree with the OP here. It's bad unbalanced game design. Apparently everyone doesn't mind though. Enjoy your fixed 1 dimensional classes with no flexibility.

Last dungeon run I did my sorc may as well been the tank, the 'orange circle of aggro' was certainly around my feet most of the run. :P

If they're supposed to be a "HYBRID" class then that means they should not be as good as a pure class at either dps OR tanking. This patch was supposed to put them on level with Lancers. Lancers are a pure class.

So, since I haven't seen anything except Warrior fanboy trolls, I'll ask again:

When are the rest of us getting our extra group role?

Hybrid does not mean they get full functionality of both sides..... It means they get alittle of both. Jack of trades master of none kinda thing..... they should not be able to tank as well as a Heavy armor class, and they should not deal as much damage as a full out dps....

warriors will never been on the same lvl as lancers, lancers will always be the best tanks in the game. the patch is suppost to HELP OUT warriors that want to tanks....soo where in the patch notes did it say it was putting warriors on the same lvl for tanking as lancers.. btw where did u learn how to read cuz obvs ur just baddd

+1 to OP, En Masse needs to do major overhaul on all classes. There needs to be balances. Berserker needs better dps, as does archer. If they are giving on class role selection they need to provide that to others, at the very least lancer who is getting shafted in this whole situation. Who would wanna be lancer when they can only tank and not dps but warrior can tank and dps?

Warrior's can't tank as well as Lancers nor can they dps as well as a dps class. They have to work harder to be worse than both. And as others have said, they were always intended to be tanks but the Korean's had a hard time with the evasion tanking idea and used them more as dps instead which is the only reason why so many people here use them as dps. Their primary role is as a tank. Other classes don't need any extra roles. This whole thread is a troll.
