Fanboyism. It's a beautiful thing.

lawl its funny how whenever someone gets mad at a company anyone who isnt a total tool and just blames them for absolutely everything becomes a fanboy XP

i would say "idiots, a beautiful thing" to counter your statement, but its just untrue.

Please respond. I would very much like to know if you are the one that took her from me on Valley or Titans.

Took her from you?

What entitles you to that name? Just because you played a character by that name in a CB? A name is not something that is yours, it's public domain. Anyone has the right to any name, you may have wanted it but so did someone else and you were just too slow.

I'm sorry, but I'd have to agree with this post. Symphonia was a wonderful game, and Presea was a wonderful character (with such a pretty name) -- I'm sure it was bound to happen. Also, if you took the name, maybe you would make other people feel that the name was "taken from them". The fact is, you don't own the name, and it's not that hard to think of a different one.

Tales series has a billion characters. Just pick a random one.

Name one other Tales game with a little girl wielding a big axe, then I shall let it go.

I understand it was very possible, which is why i am trying to be civil about it. I am still unsure that he was the one that took it from Valley of Titans and am interested in trying to reason with the fellow.

Except this "idiot" understands how a basic network functions and can plainly see that it's not a problem with said "idiot's" internet.

However, we have someone blindly claiming:

1) It must be a network issue and isn't the game company's fault, even tho the network function of the patch completes 100%.

2) That it can't be the game company's fault because everyone else got the patch, when that's clearly not the case.

3) That the team is working hard as we speak to get the issue resolved, when the issue's existed with this particular patch for 3 days and in general for 2 months or more..

That's fanboyism, meaning it's irrational, blind faith and defense in a company that's clearly in the wrong here..

@Crysbear, I'm going to recommend a little girl with a giant hammer instead, but she's from a different game. Hopefully one that you played and enjoyed too:

Meru, from the Legend of Dragoon. I could see en Elin named Meru. :)

PS - I feel like I'm really going to regret posting that name if I ever want an Elin myself. ;p
