As I have not been able to log in (even though the game was downloaded and worked during CB and OB) when I went to play Head-Start I get a "File Checksum error" in the patcher and after numerous posts in the Help forum with NO solution, I am forced to now re-download the whole client and hope that it will work then, but I have no missed the headstart thanks to this technical error (that many people are suffering from) out of our control.
I have purchased 2 copies of this game (both digital CE and physical CE) but at the moment, am so dissapointed am considering a full refund for both. Thanks for the quick reply En Massee.
You mean you want a credit for the game time you haven't paid for yet? And you waited two days to re-download and do a clean install?

Its funny how you think you paid for the head start. What you paid for is the game and 30 days play of it.
The head start is a bonus, as such if you think about it anybody that buys the game after the preorder will pay the same price you did. AKA where is there 2 days of head start time. Feel privileged dont think they owe you for not being able to play on a gift. Now that, that is out of the way, we can move onto your error. Have you contacted support?

If you have problems, file a support ticket. Problem will be fixed if possible.
If your gonna make a return, return the digital version. if you purchased the pysical ce, that includes all the specials thats in the digital version already. Unless you plan on keeping the p.ce version in min condition, I think your wasting 80 bucks.
