How do you guys make gold? Where to farm? I'm trying to + my dayslayer but refined alk cost a lot. Any good place where I can farm gold?

I make my gold from lead, using Alchemy.

what the hell. I can barely make 200 gold for a Lv45 earring. And all I see are people saying:

"WTT Lancer weapon for so and so weapon, otherwise 7.5k."

How the *expletive* do you all just say 7,500 gold so casually like that.
