This. Everytime I have filed a ticket or been in the live chat no matter if my issue was big or small, the costumers support went above and beyond to help me out. I was and still am impressed as no other MMORPG has had such helpful costumer support over the years I have played.

To be honest at this point in time for reasons I won't go into the specifics of due to forum rules. I am far more likely to leave this game over customer service problems than because the game itself is bad.
Sorry you had a bad experience. However, every time I've interacted with support for any reason, it's always been excellent. I don't normally praise support in games, because it's usually garbage. However, the support here seem very good and willing to help a player if that player has legitimate problems. Not saying yours aren't legitimate, just speaking in generalities.
