So what is next for TERA?

I'm curious as to what comes next for TERA? I don't see an "upcoming features" thing on the page, so I have no idea as to what the devs have intended for this game post-release. I haven't been following TERA at all as I just recently purchased it.

Does anyone know what the devs intend to focus on or do next? What kind of upcoming changes are going to happen in terms of additional content?

Off-topic, but how long does 1-60 take? I'm level 16 now, been going very fast, but so do most games at low levels.

Upcoming features supposedly in the works are:

1. GvG on PvE servers. Really hoping they come through on this one.
2. Battlegrounds.
3. More endgame content. Possibly 10/15/20man type stuff? Would love to see it!

Anything else I've missed or forgotten about, I'm sure some other people will chime in and help fill in the blanks.


As to time to get to level 60. That depends completely on you. People rushed to 60 within the first week of release (of course they got to 38 in OBT and Headstart). Don't ask me how they did it. I don't know and don't want to do it. I'm currently level 53 on my Mystic. Things go fast at first, but because of who I play with and their limited play time, It's taken a week to get the last ten levels. So if you, or someone you play with, works a regular job, and can only play in the evenings, and weekend play revolves around family time, you're probably looking at around 3-4 weeks to reach 60. If you play all day every day, then about 10-14 days would be my best guess. Just depends on how fast you move and if you do any of the dungeons or BAM quests along the way. Those will slow you down a little if you have to spend time looking for groups.

Reading is hard, but I will help! First off if something is to be released by the end of summer, it would make sense that it is in the works now, but lets say they have not even started it yet for some odd reason. The guy said "supposedly" meaning that he heard from someone. So you too can say "Supposedly we have BG's in the works.".
