Hello, TERA community!

With the political system in TERA, one of the abilities vanarchs will have is to open the specialty stores to those who visit their province. Some of the rare items sold at the store are the alkahests necessary to enchant items after +6 and +9 : refined alkahest and masterwork alkahest.

Because TERA's inaugural election in North America begins this Friday with the vanarch candidacy registration, we are making sure to provide a way for folks to enchant their items beyond +6. In the meantime, you will find that the specialty stores have been made available for a limited time before the vanarchs begin their reign on June 1. Once the term starts, the vanarchs will decide whether the stores will be open or not. One more reason to elect the right vanarch for the province!

What about brokers? I could understand Specialty Stores being closed, even though I didn't like it. I'm really happy they're back, but why would you take out brokers? I liked having the ability to unload loot and buy reagents and equipment in any town I went to. It's ridiculous to take them out of every town, especially when they're far more versatile and useful than a Specialty Store. Please, until the elections consider putting brokers back in all towns.

This really needs to be the only exception to the rule of `closed for voting`

You screwed a few people who made investments on those stores being closed like you said they would be. I'm sure the goods will still get used, but I'll have enough charms to last me a while now.

Awesome, took the time to read the patch notes unlike a lot of people and stocked up to provide speciality vendor goods and now Ill be down around 2k.

At least I wont have to buy Combat Stam/Quick res scrolls for a very very very very long time and now have no money to do anything else. GG Enmasse.

How is being smart and actually READING patch notes exploiting? Its not my fault people are stupid and/or illiterate to think ahead, but EnMasse does like to pull the old bait and switch like removing battlegrounds after it was listed as a feature when I purchased it.

Either way not fussed, those supplies will get used eventually and just maybe a lot of the stuff I had on broker prior to this announcement has already sold ;)

I read the patch notes too, but instead on wasting 2kg to sell them at a higher price, I just bought the items I knew I was going to use. they told us they were removing battlegrounds way before the betas, if you bought the game only for battlegrounds then you shoulda just stay in another game.
