Should update in 5-10 minutes.

Sadly I did it today thinking it would then let me re-sub and pick a new sub option, but it didn't.

Having said that, I was told by a live chat GM that tomorrow we should be able to.

To those that have "successfully" canceled automatic renewal: did you receive any indication that this was actually the case? I tried cancelling yesterday and have yet to see any distinct change in either account / sub page.

Whenever you successfully cancel or restart your subscription, you should receive an email verifying the change. If you relog into your account fresh (note: f5/refresh doesn't work*) you will then see it correctly updated.

* -- as of 3:30 pm EST.

I did get an email letting me know I had turned it off.

Its down. Has been 12 hours now and still on Automatic. Tried again just now. Guessing will have to get support involved.

edit: btw i canceled my subscription and i got a email saying thank you for buying the game and my 30 day free trial then"If you do not cancel your free trial of Retail Customers - 1 month recurring before the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged your subscription price of $14.99 (plus applicable taxes)" how much are these applicable taxes lol
