The bad DPS of Zerker is an excuse made up by lancers to not look like scumbags for kicking a job that directly competes with them for gear. Notice they don't complain about Archers?
If there was an validity in Zerker being unable to do that instance then groups with them would be totally unable to clear it, the game isn't that hard.
NO matter how hard they try. EME cannot patch the community. A good guild is really your only option. The masses will be the masses.

It requires the entire group to vote to kick a person, not just the lancer... so the petty argument of OMG IT'S THE LANCERS FAULT is beyond stupid. Seriously, I can't wait for Warriors to be able to tank groups so that people can QQ about how Warriors are kicking Slayers and Archers from groups.
Though, I agree... I think it's stupid. The process of kicking so you don't have to "share". Go back to freeking kindergarten.
