I'm bugged on a story quest for an instance and I am unable to move forward in the quest lines of the game. I had some quest objective bug out then I had to contact support, that GM got the objective done for me but said I still had to run the instance that I already ran 3-4 times again because he was not allowed to complete the last objective in the instance for me after he fixed the current one.
I run the instance 2 more times, the NPC that is supposed to show up for the last objective doesn't show up, so I contact support again....
This time support tells me that (surprise) he can't finish the quest for me because its the last part of it. He just told me he's submitting a bug report and there's nothing more he can do.
I can't even play the game I PAID for anymore and support pretty much told me too bad and just said I had to wait. When I asked how long I had to wait he said he didn't know because they will have to release a patch/bug fix to fix it. So maybe I can play when the next patch gets released (((:
