Guys, we have multiple issues happening which is why we are trying to do a global fix while we locate and fix the individual issues.

If we had one set of steps to fix everyone we would do that but due to multiple issues we need to focus on just getting you access to the game.

I'm not able to check in-game yet, but if it says my account is still "Active" (and apparently auto-renewed as it now says it expires on Jun 29th instead of May 30th) am I one of the lucky ones who didn't get a glitched account?

I am currently set to auto renew on June 2, 2012. Do I need to do anything to ensure no interruption in service? I have had auto billing set up since May 1, 2012.


Sounds like you got the three days of free game time, looking at the math. My guess is they'll have it fixed by then, since that seems to be the standard period they're giving on the support lines.

give everyone access, then you have all the time in the world to fix problems. i like this.

If you are not set to auto renew and your initial 30 days have expired you will need to go in and re-setup your subscription.


I am set up to auto renew, but it didn't trigger, but whenever I go to reset it up I get this error:



But my account management page says that my subscription is expired.


This is the same thing Im dealing with :(

Setting up a subscription is just another mini-game - it's like they are giving us additional content!

Seriously though, it's turning into a lot of work to get EME to take my money; I'm glad they are at least updating their social media and forum threads so we don't have to wait all day in the support queue with zero updates...

I setup my subscription as soon as I bought TERA. It even shows that I selected the 3 months, with a green outline.

On my Account overview it says:

Subscription
Status: Expired


When I try to setup a sub it tells me:

Subscription Activation Error
It appears that you have an existing TERA subscription set up or have one pending.

You can check to see if you have a pending subscription by going to your Account Overview page.
If you want to manage/edit your existing subscription, you can do so by navigating to your Account Overview page and clicking "Manage Subscription".


I do have a subscription set up, as I already gave away my credit card information, if you can't do something as simple as taking away my money and letting me play, I'm not going to bother with TERA.

En Masse is also mocking their playerbase with the "Manage Subscription", as they clearly haven't implemented it yet, so why have an official page mention it?

All very unprofessional. I was on the fence about staying after experiencing how downhill this game goes past lv50, this might just make my decision easier.

I wonder if I'll still be able to cancel, like En Masse said I would.

My account was set to Auto Re-new for 6 months initially when i first pre ordered the game

now i can't access the game, has not charged my credit card and i can't change my sub

dealing with same thing, but people need to cool off a bit, im sure they are working as best they can through constant calls, tickets, chats, and posts lol

Same for me... :< When I go to my account to do what it says. All I have is a "Set up sub" Button which brings me back to picking one of the 4 payment options.. Then back to that screenie you took ;~;
