Alright, I've been waiting for a fix for this for 5 days now. Like many people I'm getting very frustrated. Since headstart it said my account was gonna expire on may the 3rd. I thought it was just a bug or something and was going to get fixed. Unfortunately it wasn't a bug. I've tried live chat now 4 times and have had them say they have no agent available. Trying to call them is a joke that takes longer. People told me to setup a subscription with a credit card or etc and I can't yet because it still says this :

I don't know what to do anymore but wait. All I know that the many people being affected by this better get some sort of free time for like 3 days. This is a disgrace.

I was having the same problem. Kept trying to setup a subscription and received the "Authorization Failed" error every single time. I finally did make it to the live chat and the guy just credited me a few extra days but said he couldn't setup my subscription for me. He said the credit card system is REALLY sensitive and all the information has to be exactly the same.

I tried some different variations of my address and it eventually went through successfully. So try some different variations and see if you have any luck.

You still have a trial account? Did you buy the physical copy, or the digital?

Did you purchase a copy of the game first?

Sorry to ask such an obvious question, but it does say "TRIAL" so it can't hurt to see if you missed that, right?

I preordered(not from enmasse though) it so im sure it was digital. I put in my pre order code in april. I was playing the early headstart and everything. I was playing on may 1st for a bit fine too.

But yes I did buy it (preorder it) I think its a bug why it still says trial.

Did you put in the code after the release? You should have gotten a second code on May 1st for buying the game.

@OP, The pre-order code stops working because TERA is a live game now. You should have received another code from the place you've purchased TERA and the new code will grant you the 30-day game time when you enter it to your account and set up the subscription. Please make sure to apply the new code and set up the subscription and your account will no longer be 'trial'. :)
