Is that some odd calculation they are using?I was under the Impression that I got 30 Days with the pruchase of the game?
Once you set up a subscription plan, your 30 days is applied (took about 20 minutes to process and update account page for me).
I set up a sub plan at purchase so that shouldnt play any part of it.It was actually a requirement at purchase.
I bought the game back in Feb and selected a sub plan then, but I don't think their actual subscription processing system was working then. I just set up my subscription today and it worked fine. You might want to contact customer service just to be sure, but you probably just need to "officially" set up your sub plan.
I bought the game yesterday, and not only did I deal with corrupt files on the disc, and their launcher not working, but now I dont even have a subscription to the game where hell I should have had the 30 days free, but assuming they didnt give 30 days free, I paid for a month sub.
At this point I want a refund. And if this company fails to give me a refund then i'll do whatever the next step it will take to get my money back. Before some knight and shinning armor fanboy tries to defend this company or say im whining, two things I want to point out. One it's none of your [filtered] buisness what goes on between this company and how customers deal with it, and two you would be pissed too if you spent 55 bucks on a game that not only did the disc not work, the patcher didnt work, but getting robbed your free 30 days.
In truth its false advertising for one, and two they sold, atleast for me speaking, a faulty piece of [filtered] disc ( in this case 1 disc doesnt work, cant speak for the third disc ).
Last night when I did what whoever the hell works for this company suggested and go to their little support chat thingy, yeah waited 4 hours just for it to say, " No more agents to help yadda yadda yadda "
I dont got time for this crap and like I said I want a refund
They aren't robbing you of the 30 days. If there is some issue with the website not showing your free month, I guarantee they will fix it for you. En Masse's customer service is fantastic.
About your game not working and the launcher having issues - it's a PC game. I had issues with the SWTOR launcher and I had to troubleshoot. It's what you do with PC games, no matter how amazing your computer is. Talk to technical support, search forums for people having similar problems, try fixes.
Hey white knight, why dont you read about how I cant even play the game because my sub is already expired. Not even 24 hours after I bought it. You feel stupid now? You should, you should feel stupid because your getting involved with something that doesnt concern you. This isn't my first pc game white knight, but a refund is being damaded by them selling a faulty disc, faulty software, and as of right now a lie.
