Its not a issue with the website not telling me I dont have 30 days free, its the game saying I dont have an active sub. You really needed to read what the problem was before making a reply.
With that out of the way, yeah im being a little rude, but I do not have time for this [filtered]. I stayed up last night longer then I should have staying on queue for their live chat service only for it to cut me off and say theirs nobody their to help me. Now im in the damn thing again since getting home from work, which started out to be a 2 hour wait turned into a 4 hour wait, only for it to end saying there was no more agents again.
Bottom line is Refund time. Some of you may want to wait til its fixed but this company has already sold me a broken disc, a broken software, and they lied to me about even getting to play the game. Yeah I made a post in the general forum, but you dont need to reply to it if you got nothing to say about whats going on in the topic. Again it doesnt concern you. Even if its in the General Forum, this issue does NOT concern you
