Should this be purchasable through the store? If so, at what price?

OR

Claimed in-game by finishing up an event where we could quest or finish up a timed quest that begins at a certain time of the day. Summer rep points? These cosmetic items should also be 2012 Summer Rares for those who were there to attend the events.

So what shall it be? Let EME hear us out on this constructive thread of feedback and suggestions.

Love the skins ! No Pun intended ! ;-)

It should be purchasable, as long as the price is reasonable.

Still a bit shocked at seeing $25.00 for a mount. So hopefully it's no more then $10.00

I think they should be Claimed in game by Finishing up a event.
Having the event gets out of the normal leveling or more things to do. cause really we need more things to do and a good goal. i like these items but probably wont buying it.
To me its should be a reward not a payable item

I think it should be some sort of corny summer event. Though I know that won't happen since they said their first one was Halloween.

These would be defiantly cool edition to cosmetic items through an event reward.

But it would be weird seeing them around other times during the year xD aka winter

Screw events. I'd pay 25 bucks for a pair!

I want them to be obtainable in-game but I doubt that will happen.

From an economical viewpoint, I'd say they should put them on the store for about 5 dollars each.

The benefits of this is that 5 dollars really isn't a big deal, and anyone can afford it. Compared to having a limited time event, this also benefit people who are late to join Tera, since they can still buy them. So win for players, and win for EME.

At 5 dollars, those with a bit more money may also buy swimsuits to their alternative characters, which will increase the gain per customer as well.

You might think it is inappropriate to sell them out of season and it should be limited. But that is just pointless since nobody stops people from wearing those they have at any time of the year. If people can wear it at winter, they may as well be allowed to buy them also at winter.

You could also think of them as some kind of collectable, and if they are limited in time, then you can run around and boast about having sexy swimwear. While it may make you happier, it won't really increase profit for EME. And since new players would go all "Awww, I wish I could have had that", it would cause more harm than good.

However, there is nothing stopping EME from handing these swimsuits out during an event in addition to having them in the shop.

Unless they fail terribly with this, I might even buy a game.
