-War tanking, it would be nice if there was a way to dodge more frequently than depending on RNG from the glyphs, other classes can hold down block and block with a 99% success rate, but Wars have this clunky dodge, it really subtracts from the class and makes it feel limited.
-Attack while moving, the archers can doit more or less, so it would be cool to see it incorporated into other classes like zerker , slayer m wars and lancers..... the game doesn't really feel hack and slash when you have to stand still and lock in a move and then watch the hack and slash play out without any live input.... its more or less a feeling of "tell your guy to do this, and then watch him doit 2 sec later.... it would make the game feel more live and action based if you had a little bit more movement speed and mobility while attacking.... might have to make the mobs a little faster to compensate... would be cool too cause it would make the mobs and pve more challenging.... half the time you get the mob to 30% before they even notice your attacking.

-Crafting, would be nice if there were some crafting quests, no one really feels like farming mats to craft items that are worthless or already outdated / out geared / out leveled before you even craft them.

-Instances, The bosses are too easy, make them harder, it really just feels like you can just skip over the first few instances........ they feel almost pointless to do.

-PvP is pretty good, it reminds me a lot of PvP from Lineage 2 which was probably one of my favorite PvP mmos, I would like to see some castle siege type stuff incorporated in a later patch.

-Mounts? you pre - order and endup with what seems like the best mount the game has to offer, anything better?

-More stuff to craft please?

-More stuff to enchant please?

-More Solo-able content please?

-More movement speed while in combat for all please?

-More range for archers a lil please ?

-Clearer Range indicator on cross hair please (maybe diff color like blue for the numbers like 20m) would be nice if they turned red when out of general range for any abilities., the current range indicator is difficult to read when aimed at a cluster of mobs.

-Soulshots like in lineage 2, DOOOOITTTTTTTTTT you know you wana ;p

I have a 36 war and a 30 archer, just so my class bias is understood, I kinda picked what I thought of as the hardest class to play (from what I read, and the easiest class to play) to get an idea of the two perceived choices, I find both to be about the same difficulty, but the War is slightly more annoying (not really more challenging) when tanking.

Make the game faster paced........ it feels like its a great game being slowed down by all these anchors, release the anchor let this [filtered] rip.

Tera for sure beats out WoW in gameplay though, ill give you that..... the graphics blow wow away, the combat blows wow away, but it just feels like the game is missing something..... it feels like your driving a million dollar sports car, but theres just something wrong.... like the engine is out of tune.

Make the mobs smarter, make the combat faster paced......... let players hop around you really feel grounded .... as soon as combat starts everything feels like "slow motion mode" like when you pop pills in that game Max Payne.

Thanks for a suggestion post, but I've seen a lot of these points in some other threads lurking around here.

Please don't. That would be something to make me reconsider playing.

No Prob, I really feel the major thing holding the game back though is just these few simple things.

-Combat Speed
The mobs just feel dumb, the BAMS feel like a challenge not because they are smart, because they just hit hard and if your timing is off you can get a little smacked around and squished.... I feel like triming the damage of mobs and maybe speeding up reaction times and movement speed by about 3 ~ 5% and then boosting global player combat movement speed to that speed which is normal walking speed, and allowing most moves to be performed while moving would both boost the skill level required for the game (essentially making the game more based on reaction time instead of damage output).

It's good to have players miss and have a hard time targeting things, thats the entire point of a cross hair IMO.

When the mob essentially stays centered on your screen there is very little mouse movement required.
-Crafting, its just meh when I go do crafting, i kinda just don't and go do something else because it just feels pointless .... I feel like im missing something while crafting.... like purpose.

It was just something I found fun in L2, I dont really care for it much, would be cool if it was an end-game thing for PvE, and something that was craftable.... to boost skill damage.

I dont really care for it being exactly like it was in L2 which was essentially a gold/adena drain to keep players playing longer.

1. War Tanking - future patch will make them more viable tanks, until it comes out and it's been tested by the 60 Wars, I have no comment

2. Attack while moving. You should already be attacking while moving...archers/casters feel more jagged because you have to stand still (or do those spinning shots if you fire and move backwards) and fire, but other classes should be moving around a lot more. Lancer is the only class that has to face their target head-on or their lance misses entirely and makes flanking really ugly. Also...NO to mobs being faster in attack speed. Up to level 40, mobs are mostly retarded trainers...after that, they start getting smarter AI and caster mobs start chaining spells continuously.

3. Crafting - the majority of the recipes are poor, no denial there.

4. First few instances are really poor...SM boss should be fixed so he spawns all his adds even if you stun him.

5. PVP - no comment, I barely duel anymore...didn't come here for PVP anyways

6. Mounts - There really isn't much difference between the level 11 and the 20 or the 11 and 40 (non-preorder/collector players). You get to the same place all of...3 minutes? faster over the longer runs.

Soloable content - everything from 1-46 (or whenever the first high-end dungeons start) can be soloed already, if you know what you're doing

Archers, along with other ranged classes, aren't really meant to be ranged in here. Sorcerers, as an example, have their most powerful spells at near-melee range (10-12m?)

Also, on a personal note, lancer is the hardest class to play...and not want to bang your head into the desk over and over (especially when you miss a lance thrust for the 900th time because it goes over the minion's head).

Please no attacking while moving. It will make a fairly easy game even easier and take away risk versus reward of combat. The game is an action game. Go play DMC, Ninja Gaiden, God of War, etc. You'll see that they animation lock you as well. Also being grounded in combat is a good thing. Unless you prefer ice skating with a whiffle ball bat and think that is good combat at which I LOL.

@Draakdorei. You do realize this would wipe nearly all parties as those adds don't die fast enough and the tank cannot tank them for long and they can easily one shot a healer.

No soul or spirit shouts. Absolutely retarded.

The SM response was only to the OP's bit about dungeons not being hard enough (from his 36 warrior's experiences).

^^^^^ This made me giggle. hehe

1. Warriors need to tank, period, end of story. They are implimenting changes that will make warrior tanking more viable. I cannot WAIT to refuse to ever group with a lancer again. GD primadonnas.

2. Whiffle ball bat.

3. Undoing EmE's pointless changes would fix nearly everything about crafting.

4. I think the first instances are fine, if someone is new to the game these instances will teach them. However, I think the learning curve needs to be increased in the 30's and 40's. We should not have dps in the 50's still confused about dodging damage, then looking at thier mystic healer like she is an idiot for not healing thier stupid.

5 PvP, don't know, don't care. Until they add goal oriented OW PvP.

6. Mounts...really? people are complaining about this already? *sigh*

There doesn't need to be more soloable content. In fact, I think the OW dungeons that have masses of quests should be more group orientated (or at the very least have group required content buried in them outside of the instances) instead of having solo or duo's training through them to get to quest updates, and more reason to do them for the sake of exploration instead of blindly running to your next quest update.(OW boss monsters hidden in them? Rare spawns?)
