I'm a player from TERA EU and as many extremely unsatisfied with the service and course of the game there. I was wondering if there might be a discount action or something in that range in the future for TERA EU players wanting to switch to NA. Or perhaps that would be a good idea?

Why would they give you a discount? Pony up full price or wait for a sale.

I was merely asking if there was a possibility if such a thing might be a possibility for players on the Frogster version, no need to be rude. The reason I ask this is because I as others bought the game in stores and wasn't aware two different companies run the game, which really shows now in how Frogster is 'running' it. And also because paying full price again for a game you already 'own' seems a bit lame, not saying there is fault in Emasse with that.

it was the same thing here, people in EU would buy NA Tera get EU client and spam the forums saying the cannot connect.

No one really researches a game if it is just shown to them, they immediately assume that it is only available to them.

Any way, I would say get a refund but knowing frogster GL WIT DAT.

Best you can do is wait for another tera sale on amazon.

Honestly, there is no benefit for EME to give EU players a discount for coming over. And legally, I'm sure there would be a HUGE issue if EME starting trying to discount EU players coming to NA. Frogster and EME both have separate contracts with BHS to host the game in their respective area's. If BHS were to allow EME to give discounts to Frogsters clients for switching over to EME, then I'm sure Frogster would sue BHS for favoring EME over them. Which is what it would be.

Check Amazon or Raptr. Both have had heavily discounted sales on NA TERA

There is nothing to favoring. Frogster killed Tera in EU. The most populated server in EU have always low population. Even in ~3-8 am (your time) I see on NA servers 5x more people than EU. Tera in EU just became ghost town. For BHS it is more like keep this players for EME or let the Tera be completly doomed in EU.

They can't download it off amazon.com without a US account and US credit card.

Unless the box version is discounted too, but do you have any idea what the import taxes in UK are like, guessing whole of EU is just as bad.

If OP wants to look into whether there is viable means to get hold of it via say, .com gift cards or something and US proxy server to download via, there's one idea. I'd love to help people out, but I've no clue how that would work. I'm not about to hand out an amazon.com account to people unless yeah, you can load it with gift cards.

Op, do your research and pm me if you find a solution, because I'm sure importing really sucks for you with possibly 20% import tax, extra duty and a handling charge from courier, on top of amazon's hefty overseas postage. I want to help, we want you guys online.

Also, the least populated US server is Freeholds. I'd recommend it if you don't want PVP, if only for the lack of lag. If, if you can get online, and you come to our server, I will help with donations of stuff. I will help in some way, as a UK citizen now living in the USA. I know your server sucks and you have support for the game, the US version needs the population too on the low pop servers, Dragonfall is fit to bursting but others aren't.
