It's not in the game right now. We have a black horse from completeing the Argon wars quest line, but it is not a flaming black horse. just.... black. Unless its the agrinator rep horse, we dont has it.
And.... dont think for a second that TERA's premium shop wont have mounts in it. You're asking to be disappointed

Average per day playtime comes out to be around 5 hours.

Optikal answered it best here: Best description I could think of would be a moving meter that when it hits a certain point you can hit the skill and it will get bonus damage or some sort. Cabal Online had this, and it became a self competition to see how many skills you could get in one combo.
Other than that I have no idea what it would be.
@Khalith: That's definitely what it sounded like they're planning to work on. They did seem to emphasize that they'll focus more on it after the final Queen of Argon patch, since they'll be more free to expand on the lore at that time.
I don't think the flaming mount will be a cash shop item as they did specify 'in-game ways' (if I'm remembering correctly). From listening to them, it seemed as though they are reluctant to put much in the cash shop. The only definite cash shop item coming will be Chronos Scrolls (which it's logical to make a cash shop item, as it will function as a virtual time card).
And 5 hours on average per day didn't surprise me too much! I know some people who will play for like 12-16 hours straight. :)

There is a secret ancient technique to bumping threads without making it obvious to the average bump police. It usually involves NOT attaching a bump gif or jpeg and NOT adding the word BUMP.
