It is a 350w Power Supply, not sure of the brand, its part of the computer case.

go get an antec 650w at newegg.com for $60 and proof yourself for a couple years even with upgrades to your computer. (unless your going to run 2 gfx cards)

i think you just put the hand of the probleme, 350w today it's not enought for most of the game. you can output more that the 350w.... but it will tear it apart inside whitout you knowing it.

i had once a 400w in a system that was suppose to had a 500w inside... while playing a game like usual... i hear a BANG, and a blue flame (more a electric arc) jump our of my power supply and go out (a line about... 30 cm that left a mark on my wall. after changing it for a 550w i never see the probleme again.

do you hve any power supply on hand ?

You're going to need a new power supply, a 560ti by itself will use up to 300w under load.

hey guys i just got the beta code today, and i have been having the same issue. When Tera is in the middle of downloading the patch, my computer will just go black and shut down...completely. My computer has never shut down on me before this and its definitely not a power supply issue since mine is 700w and again my computer never shuts down on me before this. I'm using my computer now without with out Tera Client open but as soon as its at a certain percentage for checking the download, the computer will shut off...

I've read that a couple of other people are having this problem.

most likely an issue with the graphics card, had the same issue with an old card, had my friend bring over his cuase he had the same type, popped his in and everything was fine, got a better card after that lol

Edit: nevermind on this comment, saw you had a 350 watt power supply and facepalmed myself...

Okay since most people here doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on, I'm feeling obligated to reply.

Before you go out and purchase a new power supply, I would suggest you download a temperature monitoring program for your CPU and GPU, because there's a high probability that your computer is shutting down due to TERA pushing your computer to critical temperature levels.

Once you have completely ruled out temperature as being the problem, then you can start considering buying a new power supply.
