Tera Crew: A sense of Humor?

Have you guys noticed how much of a sense of humour they have in the notes written on the landing page?

"Oh, and velik insists I tell you something... You can now wage war against guilds with absurdly long names. But mostly you should look forward to a glorious death".

"Your awkward battle cry's will save you no longer"

"Gula Skinners no longer spawn minions because that's not how they roll" LOL

That is just a little example of how they don't take themselves too seriously. When they post patch notes you feel like it's a real person writing them. Someone who you'd actually have a beer with. They don't try and be technical and hardcore when they're talking about the re spawn times of a dangerous tree you have to kill.

They treat the community like people talking to people. Not fans talking to overly serious, legally mediated Forum teams.

Go TERA, you are doing pretty much everything right. Even the little stuff.

I agree. En Masse are doing a phenomenal job so far. It's such a rarity in the game industry these days. You hear me En Masse dudues and dudettes? You guys rock!

Total rarity. Anyone remember Age of Conan? How to do everything on launch wrong.

Tera seems to be 90% polished which is a massive achievement.

I've actually gotten some good laughs out of EME's news posts, and the patch notes are even better.

I freakin' love EME. Keep being awesome, seriously. You're doing like all of it right.

i really do like how they make remarks in this kind of manner. it sounds like some off comment i would make if i were in their position. as long as they are working theres no reason to get some enjoyment out of it :P

Totally agree. And it's a no BS approach. They accept when they screw things up and they make a joke about fixing it yet get it fixed.

Every time I have dealt with tera cs, moderators, support... I have felt like I was talking to a human. They have a sense of humor, laugh, make jokes... talk to you and ask you how you like this or this. It's like they genuinely care. I feel like I am talking to a bro, or a guild mate instead of support. Never once have I felt dismissed or hurried. Can anyone say that about support for any other mmo?

Yes, way to let people know your gamers and not gold farmers, get my drift? Anyways don't get a big head listen to your clients with understanding but taking up their request with wisdom.
