Played the beta of GW2 last night while waiting for Tera head start...
Tera wins... hands down.
The only redeeming quality I found with GW2 was the questing system. It steers away from your typical "! or ?" over an NPCs head and actually makes you feel like you "find" quests as you move around the world. Of course there are quest chains and it does lead you where it needs to, but there's still a sense of "discovery" to it.
Aside from that, GW2 feels like an Aion cousin.
Tera's graphics, alone, blow GW2 out of the water.
Tera's combat system is more fun than any MMO I've ever played. GW2 is your typical "click and kill"
All in all, GW2 is way overhyped. I'm more and more impressed with Tera as I play the game.
