Alright so I have not played the beta yet but i am pre ordering the game and over the time I've

been questioning which server to roll PvP or PvE. My thoughts are I Love PvP and PvE Equally

and my thoughts are if i go PVP Server how much are people actually going to want to run

instances and gain PVE Gear and conquer the harder instances and also i am aware of field

bosses and that its pretty essential to gain gear and farm these field bosses. So my question is do

you think Pvp servers will still focus on the main instances just as much as PvPing and will it even

be possible to farm these field bosses in PVP servers if their not in safe Zones because it seems

like there would be masses of people killing and fighting over these field bosses and a great

ganking PVP Area. If someone knows of a PVP server guild that focuses on PVP just as much As

PVE that'd be also helpful so any help and thoughts of trouble on PVP vs PVE servers. Because I

know late game on PVE server might get bored and its always nice to have the option to go world

wide PVP and kill people of course :) so please help me if being in a PVP server will Effect the

PVE part of the game greatly? Thank you all who comment and take the time to help me out here

I usually roll on an RP server and Role-play a troll...

keep in mind its free for all pvp. so anyone can camp you at any time...anywhere(just about). that brand of pvp isnt for everyone. both will have war zones at some point.

The question on whether pvp or pve really comes down to one thing.

Are you okay with being 1 shot by players 20 levels higher than you while you're in the middle trying to do a quest or going to an instance?

If that bothers you in any way do not roll PVP server because it will happen.

If you have to ask, roll PvE for your main and roll PvP for an alt and see if you are okay with it.

In my experience, PvP servers are the ones usually with the most community and rivalry. While leveling may be a pain if some high level wants their way with you, personally I just shrug it off - a few deaths here and there is a small price to pay for a much more active community.

Just look at the server forums and take note of how many posts the pvp servers have vs. the pve servers have.

I wanted to roll PvE when I first started the cbt's but after some thorough research into the PvP systems and gameplay I found out I would be missing half the game on a PvE server.

so you think if you went PVE you'd be missing half the game? and do you think there going to add in arena type Bg's with ratings and what not and rewards like WoW?
