Well, that's about 700,000 more than they will have if they don't end their vacations and start fixing the game issues ASAP.

That definitely sounds like Korea + Japan + NA + EU numbers. Which isn't really a bad thing I suppose, since WoW includes other countries as well in its 10mil+ subscriber count, including China which accounts for more than half of all its subscriptions.
I wonder how many Korea and Japan account for out of TERA's sub numbers.

No. That's En Masse subscriptions. Which means NA only.

Just checked, Korea only has 13 servers and Japan less than us.
