I had already pre-ordered the game any everything, but it hasn't and still wont let me on for early character creations.

Is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it? I'm really upset that I pre-ordered and am not able to do the things I was told I could.

Character creation closed at 10AM PST I think.

aye, Early Char Creation is closed as of today (though it was sort of an arbitrary time).

Like others said, it closed early in the morning today.

Lol? Why didn't you do it Friday when it first opened (like most people)?

The only problem I can think of, might be if you left the launcher up the whole time. (Doubt you did)
If the servers are down, and you try to get on, it obviously says you can't get on.
But if they come up in 1 min.
You then wait 2 hours.
It will still say the servers are down. Even if they are actually up. (You would need to exit the launcher completely, and then restart it to get on.)

Dunno if this is what happened, but with all the bugs, doubt it was this simple.
I know a few people who DLed the launcher, but it wont DL updates, and pretty much gave up on Tera. (Too lazy to get support)
