Most of the warriors will want to go dps.
That also makes archers, sorcerers, berserkers and slayers as DPS.
That leaves lancers and a small amount of warriors to tank.

They'll make em than drop em after the first 10 levels. Most people are too impatient to deal with the slow going Lancer.

from what i have read the player polls rate the lancer highest.....now saying that healers are still pretty low in number. the lowest of all is the under rated archer...
