I havnt been following it much, i doubt its my kind of game, after browsing the various forums it sounds pretty....umm well asian, obviously the art style is, but is it super grindy? I have beta access for the weekend , but after reading around a bit not even sure i will bother.

anyone have anything to compare it to ?


level grind ? supercasuallyfast
gear grind ? massive in many ways (with lots of RNG involved)

Also, EnM is in the process of gutting out features that confuse post-wow gamers. And it promises to dumb it down even more. (see the threads around)


Anything to compare ?

Aion without factions and with character leveling on barrels of steroids, with semi-fps combat (think a bit simplified Monster Hunter). The main selling point is mentioned combat system. The rest is pretty much your standard korean production focusing on the gear.

MMO's before WOW... yes even the western mmo's were all grind fests... WOW made mmo's so easy that now every mmo seems to follow in its path... so sad really.. or maybe I'm just old and todays kids expect everything to be handed to them on a plate.. meh

Anyway it makes me laugh everytime I see people saying asian games are such grind fests...before wow all mmo's were like this... Good for the asians!!! for not bowing down and making wow copies like every other mmo I'v played since wow...

Warhammer, Rift, Swtor, I'm sure there's more.... atleast asian developers are [filtered] original! somewhat..
