I love silly fluff.
Pets and mounts are a game maker/killer for me. If I don't have critters to collect, my attention doesn't last very long. Note by my 87 mounts and 64 pets in WoW...o_o
Everyone has their vices! Mine are pixelated animal friends...

Fishing would be a great addition too. It's a good time killer while waiting for a queue.

Know what i want in this game? I want a Bar, or a nightclub with all the Tera chick dancing except Elin. In that bar you can play mini games to win prize with NPC.

That's pretty much the thread.

Nice post FuzzyBuzzy.

You guys don't have to fish or collect pets or mounts or achievements. It's optional. That's what side-content is all about.

As for the people saying they need to focus on "core content". Nah. I am sure there are a few teams within Bluehole Studios who work on different parts of content. One team focuses on the core of the game, the other focuses on adding all this "fluff".

Isn't this how most developers do things? Multiple teams. Multiple resources.

Don't see what the complaining is about, more side stuff that doesn't impact the gameplay purely for aesthetics is perfectly fine imo, it gives that portion of the player base pretty happy too. I mean WoW is adding alotta bullshet lately, but that's my opinion, but it keeps majority of others happy and paying. Smart m'f'ers

Smart "m'f'ers" indeed.

I know EME and BH want a piece of that. I knew lots of kids who played WoW just for some rare fishing pet or mount.

For me WoW is a two-hour a week "log-in and clear DS" chore that I will keep doing while they have my soul tied up in their Annual Pass. On the other hand I have a friend who buys a time card every month just so he can get his 150 pets ~_~
