I was extremely excited for this game and was thrilled to get into closed beta but very underwhelmed after playing the game.
Movement, camera angles, collision detection, combat and UI all felt like I was playing a console game. The moment the game loaded and it asked me if I wanted to use my XBOX 360 controller I should have known but I gave it a chance anyway. I maybe back when the game goes free to play or offers a free trial but for now I have cancelled my Amazon pre-order.
People ask for controller support, Bluehole gives controller support, players then whine about the game having controller support. Seems Bluehole/En Masse just can't win.

Conversely, I have liked the controller play. Just needed a bit of sensatvity tweaking.

ok, ok. lemme see. so twitch movement, the absolute best way to scroll in a character ever invented, very precise collision detection fast paced action combat that requires attention and skill, an adaptive UI thats customizable plus XBOX 360 controller support that is completely not unnecessary but available as an option not to mention super eye candy graphics, and you say this is not the game for you?
ok, so what do you want? a game without these options and it costs $15 a month to play? we already have that. it's called __________ (about 100 different mmo's)

Nice one, but honestly the controllers are nifty for certain games but most MMO's were never meant to be worked on with one. I personally enjoy the challenge that comes from mastering the control without the help of a controller( People just want ezmode)
It' adds to the fun in many aspects if you give it a chance
well, I haven't used the controller yet, but I have a wireless on my desk I use for Crysis 2 and Mafia II, but I bet I'll at least use it for gathering or crafting, or mindless grinding, and need a break form my PC chair and wanna sit back on my EZ chair.
