Just wondering how long will people play this game even when Diablo III comes out.

This or Ragnarok Online? Tough decision.

I will have completed all PvE in content in TERA before May 15, so I'll switch to Diablo III for a while. Maybe try and make some monies on the RMAH.

I won't be playing Diablo III, it doesn't look that great. Diablo I and II are the best out of the series. So I'll be continuing to play TERA when D3 comes out, I won't even think about buying Diablo 3.
Both if anything. D3 isn't actually what most would consider an MMORPG...more like... coop RPG with more than just your friends to play with.
I won't play D3 because I was never into D2, and I don't see the appeal not having open worlds...maybe for a game to pass the time when nothing else is available, or for the sake of the singleplayer/coop, but not really interested in their PvP (and the PvP actually looks so boring with the from above view that was exactly the same as D2...not to mention it seems kinda easier than a platformer).

Seems like this is an off-topic post.
But to answer you question, both. D3 isn't an MMO. It's a completely different type of game and one that many have been waiting for for many many years.
That said, Tera's combat system will have my splitting my time, easily.

Different game, My opinion try both, stay both or pick one, your call.

Diablo..
The pvp won't be available for Diablo for in release, so I'm hoping Tera can keep me entertained with its PVP. I'd play Diablo when the game is fully released
Sick of WOW.

I'll give this a month, but having played D3 for the past week I'll definitely be playing that for the foreseeable future. Though if I like this enough to stick around I'll just play both.
