Minea seems to be the only one closing/locking topics, and this will be locked too I am sure.
I am asking for whoever is in charge of this game, or whoever develops or designs this game to come down to these forums when they have the time, and let us know what enmasse is actually going to do about all the complaints with the Cash Shop instead of letting the community, and or players complain so much and feel ripped off.
When I purchased Tera, I was lead to believe I would be able to highly customize my Character, and get all key features of this game. By not offering everyone the chance to freely customize their looks in game as they please you are restricting what I believe I would get free as a subscriber to this game as advertise in YouTube videos and many snapshots/sites.
I know that Enmasse will try to hide behind their "EULA" however I never agreed to such and I will tell you why. When I purchased the game, it gave me a website which did not link me directly to any agreement, and said I agreed to a Manual, not an activation code which was incorrectly worded.
In other words when I made my purchase at any time, and in the agreement if it said anything about a Cash Shop I was never made aware of it, and I wish for the key features including customizations to be given to the community at 100% free in game.
If enmasse wants to charge for Race Changes, Character Customizations, Name Changes, Expansions, or Extra content that I can customize with I am fine for it, I will even be up for paying a bit more monthly for the unlimited customizations, but as of now I have drop my subscription to this game and complained on many other sites about the issue.
Had Enmasse told me about this before I would not have purchased their software.
I feel that Enmasse is not taking the community seriously, Let alone taking my ticket seriously, maybe they will take this seriously.

Complaints department, Take a Number, I wonder how long it will be before they vape my forum account, or my entire game account for complaining, but funny thing is that they have a rating of C while FunCom who is going to release TSW in a month or so has an A+ heh goes to show.
** How hard is it for a company to provide a thing called (Customer Service) and address the community.** How many days does it take of complaining.
