This is exactly why I opend camtasia and recorded a video of their registration process wtih no agreement, and have a physical copy of my manual again showing any agreement. I also fail to see how I signed my rights away when there is no valid signature. We could talk legal issues all day, my point is that Enmasse needs to properly inform people of things such as Cash Shop, even their agreement and stop misleading people.

I honestly don't think people really care about reading agreements anyways because a lot don't but my point is valid it is not on registration page, or in my game manual because the link I went to on my manual doesn't take me to no agreement.

I fail to see how an I Agree button can be legally binding anyways but you know if they want to make an issue go legally I can find a way to do it, and to cause them serious problems with their Sales of Tera by spreading the word :3.

Minea seems to be the only one closing/locking topics, and this will be locked too I am sure.



I am asking for whoever is in charge of this game, or whoever develops or designs this game to come down to these forums when they have the time, and let us know what enmasse is actually going to do about all the complaints with the Cash Shop instead of letting the community, and or players complain so much and feel ripped off.



When I purchased Tera, I was lead to believe I would be able to highly customize my Character, and get all key features of this game. By not offering everyone the chance to freely customize their looks in game as they please you are restricting what I believe I would get free as a subscriber to this game as advertise in YouTube videos and many snapshots/sites.



I know that Enmasse will try to hide behind their "EULA" however I never agreed to such and I will tell you why. When I purchased the game, it gave me a website which did not link me directly to any agreement, and said I agreed to a Manual, not an activation code which was incorrectly worded.



In other words when I made my purchase at any time, and in the agreement if it said anything about a Cash Shop I was never made aware of it, and I wish for the key features including customizations to be given to the community at 100% free in game.



If enmasse wants to charge for Race Changes, Character Customizations, Name Changes, Expansions, or Extra content that I can customize with I am fine for it, I will even be up for paying a bit more monthly for the unlimited customizations, but as of now I have drop my subscription to this game and complained on many other sites about the issue.



Had Enmasse told me about this before I would not have purchased their software.



I feel that Enmasse is not taking the community seriously, Let alone taking my ticket seriously, maybe they will take this seriously.

Complaints department, Take a Number, I wonder how long it will be before they vape my forum account, or my entire game account for complaining, but funny thing is that they have a rating of C while FunCom who is going to release TSW in a month or so has an A+ heh goes to show.

OP you're wasting your time. You see the problem is you actually care about the game maybe because you thought it might have at one point been a good MMO or had potential. What this game is... is an adult M18+ title with a 14yo player base. It's a game for little Teenies just discovering puberty and girls with "boobies" oh my! Enmasse could care less what you think, what I think, or what anyone thinks. They're getting paid and that's all that matters. No Exec, CEO or whomever is going to jump in any of these threads to talk about this sh*tty [filtered] troll infested game. Take the game for what it is or leave it as it is. Stop caring because these developers don't give a flying F. 6 months from now this game won't even be relevant so save your breath.

I actually downloaded my game through a peer 2 peer so there was no install checkbox :3.

LOL 17? actually im 20+

Also can I afford to buy premium services I could afford to blow $500 a month on Tera if my heart so pleased, but there is a thing i believe in called Consumer Rights, and Customer Service, and Enmasse doesn't seem to be doing that great of a Job.

I am just a Mentally Insane Kitty :3. See i has head issues because my little sister slapped my in the head a lot when I was a kid now I have a serious anger problem...
