I actually downloaded my game through a peer 2 peer so there was no install checkbox :3.

Also can I afford to buy premium services I could afford to blow $500 a month on Tera if my heart so pleased, but there is a thing i believe in called Consumer Rights, and Customer Service, and Enmasse doesn't seem to be doing that great of a Job.


P2P is download. Install comes after. It doesnt matter if Russian spies covertly sent you the files. Can't install without checking the box.

Yes I have... Have you used Torrents, or PirateBay before?


So, which is it.

Did you check the box, or are you using a cracked, illegal and bannable version of the game?

Both options give you 0 rights.

lol FAIL POST.

You are crying about EULA cuz the company did not give you a direct link to it. But you agreed to it when you installed the game.

Second, look at WoW.... every update they make you agree to EULA again, which means their EULA is fluid, and there is a clause that says its subject to change at anytime lol.

Thats how these agreements work, your character and your account is the property of enmasse/bluehole, just like your student id is the property of the school, and your driver's license is property of the government, you lose freedom as you sign up for stuff.

So... bottomline is, for the game as is right at this minute, you would like to violate EULA... and still play the game ---> why not go to private server and take your friends with you?

There was no agreement on install either because I no download from disc because I got this message when I used it.

"Unable To Read Disc"

I was however able to find a torrent with all the game files downloaded it and it patched but no agreement.
