To those who are still undecided: stop being undecided and preorder the game. Tera is TRULY great: the very first revolutionary MMO to appear in the last 10 years or so.
Furthermore, in the view of several critics and in my view as well this game is even better than World of Warcraft! Need I say more?

TERA is the place where the cool kids hang out. It's Asian-styled and we exult in that. It's Mature-rated and we honor that. It's an alternative to WoW and we won't WoWerize it. It's a gem of a game and it's not for everybody. We won't cheapen it just for you. You know why? It's that good!

If Bluehole excepted money directly sure thing. But we are given no choice but to give Enmasse money in good faith that they will not just do the same thing to Tera that they did to Aion when they worked for NCWest.

And what happens if these same people "and their EVERYTHING AUTOMATED" business model auto-ban half the population again for no reason because their automated system is broken?

Does anyone remember when NCWest was telling tens of thousands of legit players that they are lying and cheating? Remember when tens of thousands of players were demonized by customer support (EME is a customer support company just like NCWest and being run by the same people)? Remember how they were all banned from the forums and the game and told for months to go [filtered] themselves? Same people.

So why do you want to give them money based on faith that somehow this great game will overcome their clear inadequacies?

Perhaps in the hopes that one day they'll get it right Thaid.
They've made big mistakes in the past, and if they're intelligent will learn from those mistakes and not repeat the same ones they've made. ;[
