Brawler

Counter: (Glyph: Powerlinked Counter) Increases all skill damage by 50%...
Error: Should now be 40% after recent nerf.


It's supposed to be a 30% chance to increase all skill damage by 50%. The 50% is the correct amount. The 40% change only applies to Perfect Guard activated by skills themselves, which used to boost that skill's damage by 50% at that moment. It has no effect on the Powerlinked Counter glyph.

Cascade of Stuns: (Inherent chains)
Error 1: Also functions the same way on sleeping targets.
Error 2: Does not list Rain of Blows as a chainable skill.

A sleep comes under stun effect.

Time Bomb: Fire a shot that explodes on impact or up to 20m away...
Error: First hit of Time Bomb has a longer distance, up to 22m


Most gunner skills have a blast at end that add a little more range.

In that case tooltip should be:
Blast: Fire a shot which explodes on impact or up to 20m away with a blast radius of 3m.

Time Bomb: Fire a shot that explodes on impact or up to 20m away with blast a radius of 2 - 3m(?).

Mana Missiles: Fire missiles which curve toward a target up to 30m away with a blast radius of 4 - 6m.

Arcane Barrage: Fire an energy pulse that damages all enemies in a line up to 22m. Press the skill button again to detonate the pulse, damaging enemies in a wide blast radius of 2 - 3m(?).

I don't main gunner, so if some gunner can provide the exact blast radius for AB and TB.

Rolling Reload: Take a look in to "Glyph of Powerlink" last time I checked was showing "Increases skill damage for the next chain skill by 20%: Shotgun" in my buff bar. It should be Scattershot.
Also, please turn off the warning "Glyph of Powerlink affect your abilities".

Rocket Jump: Fire a rocket at the ground, damaging nearby enemies and propelling yourself forward. Use during Rolling Reload for additional distance. Can be chained after Rolling Reload.
It doesn't have a additional distance if used after Rolling Reload (at least in my tests).

Aura of the Merciless: ...doubling the crit factor...
Error: Does not, in fact, raise crit factor by 2x of base crit, but 2.1x instead. Should be reworded accordingly.


Aura of the Merciless will be reworked with Ninja patch and EME will probably change the tooltip, to avoid of errors better take a look in to Yosha Class Changes 8:


Also there is a little annoying thing. With that change when a Priest use Energy Stars with a Mystic in the party, there will be a warning above of our screen "A more powerful effect already exists. Titanic Wrath cannot be applied" every 3 seconds. I don't know if it still a thing o KTera, but these warnings can be turned off individually. If EME can do this for us would be cool!

Also change Magma Bomb tooltip to:
Arc a fiery projectile 10m away, where it explodes in a 3m radius. If used after Backstep the radius is increased to 5m.

Reaping Slash: (description)
Error: Does not specify that it can stun targets in PvP that are immune to stagger/knockdown.


Cascade of Stuns work in almost any (all?) debuffs that have a red-border (counted as stun), so tooltip should be:
Slash a target in front of you. If you hit a target with any stun effect (red-bordered), it will also spread another stun for every enemy nearby.

Reaping Slash: This skill will knockdown enemy players, if they are immune to knockdown it will stun.



A little off topic, but with all these melee/ranged interaction, would be nice if EME could enhance the skill tooltip (at least for those that Battle Nostrum has effect) with information if they count as ranged or a melee attack like this:

I would also like to add that the glyph empowered cyclone does not add as much damage as it says. It says "Increases additional over-charge damage by 12%" But really it only gives 6% damage. I tested it out again yesterday and it still does not give 12% like it says. It's been like this since VM1 and never got fixed.

The painblast glyph for the slow should be reworded, I think. It says it's 100% chance to slow but it actually seems like it can be easily resisted. Either my rng is really good or it's actually a low chance.

We are incorporating a lot of fixes from the bugs you all are reporting here into our localization for our next major patch. However, some items are not simply localization we can fix at EME. A good example is seen in StarSprite's post about Slowing Painblast. The effect is listed as a 100% chance, but as you can see from the chat log, it certainly isn't as simple as that. In our xmls, that is a variable.

So some of these things are going to be fixed and that makes me happy. But, some of these things will have to be sent to Bluehole for review.

There are some skills that give full resistance to weakening effect like Guardian Sanctuary, you're not using this?

In that case you guys cannot just remove the "$prob" and change it to something like "Decrease opponent's Movement Speed by 50% for 7 seconds"?

These tooltip are kinda complicated, because there is a lot of bosses that don't are affected by some skills/glyphs and on PvP some classes have skills that give full immunity to some attributes, but some skills/glyphs upgrade increase the effect chance, so if you guys remove that info people will ask why they should upgrade it.

It gives zero knockdown/stagger resistance.

No priest skills, buffs, scrolls, or charms were used while testing it out.

Something I've always wondered about is the priest cleanse. While using it you're immune to kd/stagger but no where in the game does it tell you this. Is this purposely left out of the tool tip?
