I decided to be a leatherworking. After spending 30 gold to get the dawnhide to get to 50, i started needed alot of those runes. The drop rate on these are to rare. People are selling them on the broker for crazy amount of gold. I spent in all about 60 gold to get my leatherworking up to 108 and im stuck because i dont have the money to drop on those runes to make the armor. It seems like you have to be 60 to even start tradeskilling because the mats are so rare, you need to buy them off the broker for insane money. Anyone else agree?

dont train skills until you hit 60. the games prices are balanced around 60. Just by doing quests and instances only for stories, i manged to have 5k gold at 60.

Can't you just process the hides to make the leather and level your skill that way? That's what I've done up to 150. True that dawnhide was a royal pain to get enough of, though. After that, it was easy.

The other craft skills are even easier to level by processing gathered mats.

Yeah 30 gold really isn't a lot. Once I got to like level 40s I started making gold super fast like it was like 40 or 50 gold in like 30 minutes and now I can make 60 gold in like 20 minutes (Level 49). I could level up every one of my tradeskills to the max but I'm seriously just too lazy right now to sit and do it xD even if you don't need to pay attention to it.
