There's far more people out there in the world with way bigger issues then you crying that you can't play a video game. Someone should send you to Iraq and see which is better, sitting around waiting to play your video game (which you could be doing some productive in the meantime while you wait) or get sent to a bloody war with a high chance of getting killed.

Yeah, I think you know which one you'd rather choose.

Seriously, I agree the whining is a little much, but it is pretty ridiculous having to wait an hour to play. They should have found a way to deal with this problem way before launch.

When someone pays for a faulty service they have the right to complain. People that just shut up and take it like it is fed to them are complacent and fueling the lack of ingenuity in this genre.

As for me...i have a 9 month old and my wife and I have alternating schedules. The ONLY time i get to play is when baby naps. Well right now i have a 95 minute queue. When baby crashes for 30 minutes at max it isn't even worth the trouble. I payed to play the game early...not sit in a queue. Not everyone can just sit at their computer and wait for the queue to tick down for hours. When people have real lives there are set, non negotiable, times for you to play and if my money is supporting that then Enmasse needs to make it possible using our funds to upgrade and pay employees to make it happen.

Whining and [filtered]ing to an extreme does nothing but they had better pay attention because we have the right to complain for a faulty system that we are being forced to choke down.

The customer is the reason for the business...take care of them or suffer.

I wish En Masse would have had more PVP servers. I feel like they saw the demand last weekend and have done nothing about it. It only gets more frustrating when their GMs tell you that this is a good opportunity to re roll on a less populated server...

I really like a lot of what En Masse has done, but this is definitely an area where they have fallen short.
