Okay, so im going to talk about subs.

Today, most if not all players will have there sub end and need to be updated. Its normal and happens and im rather happy to pay for this game but there is a problem right now i would like to address. When contacting customer service, they told me that the sub page will not be up until tomorrow. The 31st to be exact. Why is this a problem? Well...because some of us wanted to change our subs and right now with it impossible, if we want to play...we have to pay more (or less for some) then we want to.

Why is this a problem? There are many factors that make this a problem. The first is a simple one, some of us have to pay a month (or more) to change our subs to what we want. Meaning for me personally, i have to pay for 12 months + 1 month more then i want. For a friend, they set it to 3 months, but wants to set it to a month..meaning for that to change, they have to pay for 4 months when they can!

The second issue is with the gold weapons. you MUST have a active sub before the 31st to get them. They are just skins and not important but the fact that this also compounds the sub problem means that they are kinda screwing us a bit for subs in order to get items that just say on the front page that you need to pre-order. While i don't care either way, i find it a little messy and unclear.

Has anyone had any better luck with customer service getting answers. I can post screenshots of what "King of Kingzz" said (the GM i talked to). :)

So wait, unless we pay for the 1 month auto renew, which will charge us again on the 31st, we will not receive our gold items, even tho we have had it purchased and set up since the game released?

I believe they say they will change the inaugural day from may 31th to june 30th

For the discount or the weapons?

And Major, yes. It has been said in a few threads ive read so far. If that is wrong, id like to know but it does say in the terms that you need a active sub.

Huh? Maybe I am not just understanding what your trying to say?

I was able to change my sub just fine. I cancelled the auto-renew yesterday and now this morning my account is inactive and I can choose which subscription I want, be it 12 months, 3 months, or 1 month. After that... I then cancel auto-renew again and I can change my subscription for the next cycle when this one expires.

If you've already Auto-renewed today because of a previous payment-set up your both active and will get your weapon skins. No additional "purchase" is needed. Your auto-renew was the purchase. You don't need to buy an "extra month", whomever has an active account come tomorrow gets the skin.

If you want to control your payment for next cycle or change it... just cancel the auto-renew and set up what sub you want at the end of your current.

Why waited till end of month to change ur sub? it only takes few mins to do so.

Really what is the real issue lol.
People that didn't want 3months renewal changed it long ago. same with others that wanted 3months.

I sware to god if i come Across this damn post again i will take a hissy fit.. it don;t Work you tool and its all you guys post,, WTF is the official post about this?

sub has Expired so we can't MANAGE it, you need to set one up to beavoe to manage it and thats the Damn problem we are having,,, God damn tools that work for this company, you don;t even know the errors your having
