Under certain circumstances yes, player names like "Upthepooper" is just begging to be killed (which I did about 15 times) But Guild names massing anywhere from 10-300 people congregating on your screen and blatantly violating the ToS with public indecency and inflammatory wording that are intended to provoke or offend an entire populace is ridiculous. It isn't something that is up for debate, If it is a bannable offense, EME should not be sitting back and letting it get out of hand, Just nip it in the bud and remove the guild name.
