I find it really anoying that we couldn't get our names reserved after so much time spent waiting for that. Now I know we most likely will be able to join at the openbeta so i'm not that stressed out about it unlike some peeps going nuts on the forums right now :D.
But this issue is mostly due to the fact that they gave ANY PREORDERER that ability so knowing this. Most of (Big guilds, mmofarmingsites and self powerleveling interesseted people) must have bought a bunch of accounts in the latest days and took our spots right under our noses for some future profit.
En Masse - Tera Seriously you should have given the ability to name reserve only to those who had closedbeta tested because this issue made you loose a bit of credibility for future events to the eyes of alot of the people that bought it in the very first betas. Instead of trying to find free keys!
Most of the people talking about this issue have been playing on it for the past betas with more and more people adding everytime! I just dont get how you didn't anticipate the mega reroll on Valley of Titans. Its been talked about in forums for weeks. that it would be the main pvp server so IMO should have been the most focused on and powerfull and people working on it and finally how could in 7 hours there be no spot left!... no limit was talked about! This server could clearly win the MOST POPULATED PVP SERVER in North America if you can focus more ressource on it.
Anyway you already know all of this probably but I still dont get the big fail its just a 1 character creation event!
