Can Vanarchs on PVE servers turn on pvp in a zone that they control?
If they can not, enmasse need to make it where they can turn pvp on in a pve server.
Or take away Vanarchs ability to turn pvp off on a pvp server. Thats why we came here
shouldnt be able to turn it off unless a pve server can turn it on. Fix this Enmasse please.

Only way to do that would be to add the outlaw skill into pve servers... which isn't exactly easy to do. Not to mention, are people still whining about Vanarchs being able to shut off "pvp" for a short period of time?

If a Vanarch is abusing this, don't vote for them. End of story.

Did a pvp vanarch actually do that, or is it more the possibility that it can happen?

No not end of story because if the same can't be done on a pve server then it simply should not be turned off on a pvp server. People go pve to avoid pvp, People go pvp to pvp. So they should get rid of that option for PVP server vanarchs or get to work on adding outlaw to pve servers.

What? Did you hit your head? Who cares if a vanarch turns PvE off on a PvP server?

OH wow. I knew it was always a possibility, but I wasn't sure if anyone would be suicidal enough to do it. If you don't mind, what server/area was it?

Vanarchs are completely worthless as is. There is nothing a Vanarch can do that really separates them from the others. Let's raise taxes and close shops! Well, thats about the only other option. At least the PvP servers get one other option with their PvP on/off.

Why can't they have special events that are toggleable that use policy points that are unique to each region, with rewards that are unique. A system that worked really well was Wakfu's political system. Actually had a point to the political system. You could elect members would could do unique things like declare war, change the weather in regions, regulate the economy etc. Not this shallow crap like we have here

End of Story was involving "Don't vote for them."

Quite frankly, I don't really give a damn when a PvP'er cries "make this fair!" considering their tendency to call others carebears. I'll assume you aren't like that, so I'll try not to be rude.

If a vanarch turns 1 area off for (what is it, a day?) a short period of time, there is still pvp to be had. The entire "fabric" of a pvp server doesn't come crashing down because there is a "safe" region.

However, there are some pve players who refuse to pvp ever. The thought of "attacking" or "being attacked" by another player is immoral (as stupid as this sounds). You can't make anywhere on a PvE server "PvP enabled" for this reason.
