I spent 15k on getting +9 exploiters need be temp banned and items removed. The exploit is an obvious breach of the eula/tos and eme would be well within there right to do so.

Before servers went down I was seeing a flood of +9 messages and was wondering wtf was going on now I know.

i spent about 5000-7000 gold getting +8 yesterday on my dayslayer and ... these idiots have been doing it with white alk powder? i really hope they get reset they have exploited a bug and in any other game you'd get a perm ban for that , if not they will be huntin for exploits if they find a dupe or something next? you gona let that slide aswelll? i bet all you do is fix the bug and let all these people keep their +9s .. if thats the case i want all the alks i used back as i spent alof of time getting that gold.

i have been told by several people that they are not taking their weapons and they get too keep them... their only fixing the bug from being used further.


so you think it's fair for the ones that exploit gets to keep those +9 and the ones that didn't exploit won't get to exploit like the rest that did and not get punished for it? If this is true, Good bye Tera, I'm sure most will follow.

what i think is people shouldnt make demands and expect a company to kowtow to their desires. whether you freakin like it or not, the company decides what to do with people, not you. just because someone discovered an unintentional exploit doesnt mean they deserve to be given the death sentence.


They do actually if they intend to exploit more and more and not report it. This is how a good game dies instantly when there's exploit and no penalty what so ever to ruled out the community.

tell that to the money mongers at perfect world entertainment, there was a glitch that got you to max level (based on the curve wouldve taken a year of dedicated leveling) in about a week. the offenders got a few days ban, kept their max level chars, and the game is still running rather successfully, despite how much i hate it.

The exploiters should get a 3-7 day temporary ban with the next ban being permanent for any other repeated exploit of the game, their characters should be rolled back 10-25 levels, and the exploited items should be deleted, so they have to farm for it again. These exploiters should not go unpunished. It's not fair that exploiters always get away. I've seen it happen too many times, and that's why they keep exploiting.

While i would love to see exploiters being perma/temp banned i'm going to be realistic here and say that will not happen. They simply can't tell the exploiters from the people that "had" no clue.

At best the item's will be removed. And with that a bunch of new QQs about my "legit" items were also removed.

That's what the OP sounds like.

OR, perhaps EME is still determining the extent of the damage and discussing precisely what punishment is warranted, and the reason GMs haven't been popping into every thread assuring everyone that all exploiters will be banned is because it's not good policy to comment on pending disciplinary matters before an official announcement has been made? But that would be crazy, right? Better to just freak out on the forum and threaten to cancel if we don't get our way.

We worked our Dayum [filtered] off to get enough MONEY And Enchant Fodder, we [filtered] invested tons of our time and efforts in that and Then these complete noob [filtered]s, people who don't even know what a Gear Score is get their stuffs to +9 in a matter of minutes.

They Used a breach FULLY KNOWING What It would Do. They Should Get all Rolled back or Every Gear who'Ve been used with the exploit should get removed from the Game.

This Is Just Completely Game Breaking.
