WHY?

Why are all of the threads about the enchantment system being closed?. What does EME/BHS have to hide or gain for closing threads. Especially the latest on where the OP had very insightful and constructive changes that could be made in order to make TERA a game really worth putting time into?

How is asking for a skilled reward based enchantment system doing nothing but getting threads closed?

are you talking about the one that calls EME out on the forums, directly breaking the rule about calling EME/BH out?

They lock them because the people in support of the current enchanting system normally get vulgar and offensive to those who do not like the current system. Don't worry, there will definitely be more threads on enchanting.

Not because "they are hiding something", but because said threads are worded, or in a manned of speaking made as a provoke or a call out to the developers. Or because do to the pit of trolling, many people turn a good thread sour, and force the lock of it.

There is a difference between voicing a concern, speaking a comment, and what have you. And what you looking at in this forum. When you inquire about information you should have the patience to wait for a reply. Even if said reply isn't what you are looking for, it still shows that it's on the table.

Called them out to get an answer, "EME can we please have an answer?"

I'm pretty sure calling out they meant things like "This player named <name> is a terrible person and stole all my money" or an example "EME is terrible at <inerst>"... these are call outs.

If asking for a response from the company you are paying is against the rules, this game is fooched! lmao

That is still a call out.. look's like a polite question.. however it has the hidden meaning that you are calling em out for information, or fishing for info.. They answered that one about 100 time's even if it's a call out. "looking in to it".. they know a problem exists, and are looking in to a solution. May take a week, several week's or months.. Not sure what people are basing their idea of over night fix from.

They wouldn't need to be called out if they laid out their plans, or at least acknowledged the things that were broken and how they thing they are broken so we can either see they understand or try to convince them.

EmE communication is far worse than BW with SWTOR, and I didn't think that was possible...

Erm. friend have you ever worked for a "company"? I have for too long, and i will tell you a secret... we have client's who pay us in the 7 figure's. And get the same generic answer, no company will tell "you" what " you" are asking for. They said it's being looked in to, that is in term's all they can say. What people are asking if made public could ruin or bankrupt a company.
