Passing personal experience as general facts is not a real winner for any argument. I argue that you don't understand how the storyline quests work, when you try to fix whatever alleged problem there is by rerolling.
I argue that EME has excellent customer service, and that their CS personnel are human beings treated like dirt and dehumanized by some customers they try to serve because they think Internet anonimity entitles them to do so.
I won't argue with the current slideshow of Nexus and that it should be improved. But I will argue that me and the sea of people participating in them this weekend had a ton of fun. Whether it was guild or zone banter or monster killing, we had a blast. And hopefully a solution is baked in soon.
I argue that you have a lot of noise of your own personal peeves magnified by the general smacktardery promoted by these forums, and that your complaints will be more effectively managed by following up with customer support. I also advise, if you are kind to people, they might be kind to you in return.
Oh, how could I forget. I'll arguethat spicing posts with racist comments are sure way to shoot yourself in the foot. And frankly reflects really really poorly on you.
1) Never had a single story line quest (or any quest at all that I can remember) bug on me, through 2 Lv60's, 3 Lv4x's, and 3 Lv3x's doing every single quest that I could along the way.
2) They have announced multiple plans for changing class balance and are likely to have more in the works after those are implemented.
3) Anything presented with the phrase "Nuff said" gets ignored, sorry.
4) Customer support here has always been nothing short of amazing for me. Every problem I have had has been rectified satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.
Customer Service in this game actually did a lot for me so I can't really say they are crapped. They even helped me recover my equips that was bounded to another character after a server transfer...
Regarding "4)" on your list, CS can't help you with stupid. I know they're awesome but they're not miracle workers... Stop expecting them to be.
In all my interactions with EME they've been nothing but cordial and as helpful as can reasonably be expected.
I'll agree Nexus is far from perfect but they're working on it. If you don't enjoy the game at all, go play something else or go bugger yourself, could care less.
Also, I heard capslock makes everything you say the truth. Good work on finding that secret of the universe out.
