Warrior Tanks?

So i could have sworn i saw a blue post a week or two ago saying that warriors would be able to queue on the next patch... well... here is the next patch, so why can we still not tank?

Warriors were designed to be tanks but the skill required is a bit much, especially for a PUG.

We hope to have a solution and allow warriors to join the tank queue by end of summer.

Basically, warrior tanking is being worked on for the next CONTENT patch, Queen of Argon pt 2, which should be out by the end of the summer in Korea, and hopefully NA as well.

By the way Minea, if you are monitoring this thread, please try to pass along my wishes for warriors to bring utility past an endurance debuff when they tank, since that isn't always feasible to keep uo while tanking anyway. For example whether warriors were able to queue up as tanks or not right now I would prefer having a lancer for the DR zone behind them when they block, since it can make changing debuffs on Kelsaik much of a hassle sometimes. And leash. I love leash. I'm just worried it will be something like "immunity tank" and "utility tank" and they each have fights that are made much easier with one or the other, which doesn't work well when you have 5 man content that is 1 tank only.

It is sometimes good designs for content designed for 10+ people where you can have 2 or more tanks, since it can allow for more interesting BAM mechanics when they are combined, but try to make sure there isn't something like "lancers tank 5 mans for utility" and "warriors tank nexus because AMG IMMUNITY FRAMES"

The solution is to let warriors try. Death is the best teacher.
