Oh you guys know what I'm talking about. u use a scroll, then realize u shouldnt be porting yet, so u move and cancel it, or maybe u just accidentally move and cancel it. then the scroll is still used and it goes on cd anyway. lameness! im sure there have already been threads about this, but im just pressing the issue. lets get a fix for this dudes!

Other threads were posted and shot down (although the last thread I saw was on Res scrolls).

This isn't a "bug" to be fixed. It's intentional so that you think more about your scroll use.

This is almost as bad as when people complain that things are too expensive.

During the beta they warned players in one of the patches

Don't use a scroll unless you need to use it. It'll use it's cooldown.

How you can teleport once per 1h to your home town? I didn't find that option yet.

It's dependent on your race.

Velika - level 12
Allementhia - level 42
Kaiator - level 52

It's a trained skill and can be interrupted, FYI.

Different races get it at different levels based on what level their home city is. Races with velika teleport get it at level 12 since it's the first city, with others getting it later on.
