MOST OF US AGREE THAT NON-CROSS SERVER LFD W/O TP IS THE BEST CHOICE

Besides, there's scrolls you can buy from NPCs that teleport you to the instance, and there's teleportal points you can go to pretty close to it as it is.

i hope you understand you ARE NOT MOST OF US you are most of the forum you really should give this some thought

Abh/wolf i hope you let me answer you guys at the same time. i want to make my own thread as will many others see people like to do what they want you cant stop me and honestly you should not be able to stop me from useing a LFG tool and i promise you EM does look at the forums but they look at math more give that some thought =O

_____________________________________________________________________
Well if they really care, they should start actually posting

Not posting = they don't care enough, same as some people don't care enough to find information that's already widely known and over asked for, they like the game so much, yet they barely as far as even find things out about it and stay as well informed as they can be.

The forums are made for us to give EME feedback and such, and discuss matters. They want to know what we want, for their own good, and for ours. So anyone not posting, fat chance, they aren't helping when EME needs to know what most people want.

No that poll is BS, because the hardcore MMO players are the ones that troll forums, and sadly most hardcore MMO players don't like LFD. Reality is that most casual gamers, the ones that keep MMO lights on, want LFD, and they don't want it single server, because they don't want to sit in a Q for an hour. So hopefully EME can see through this forum troll BS, and the same 10 guys writing 1000 word [filtered] posts about why LFD is bad for whatever reason.

Who do you think turned Juggernaut, World of Warcraft's lights on? Hardcore players showing badass stuff to casuals. You keep coming back as long as theres a Hardcore person there to show you 'this could be you'.

Clearly you haven't properly read anything either. I see many people getting buthurt and posting many upon many threads about wanting LFD and how glorious it is while calling the other side morons.

FACT: You call everyone morons, your only proving their point. Name calling doesn't work in your favor. Neither does trolling. so just stop.

Also, @ Tormented:

Based upon your reasoning, the vocal majority is the vocal minority (if that was you in the other, other, other thread) so you only keep contradicting yourself.

No one is going to post in support of having no LFD if all the other side is going to do is resort to trolling and spamming. The reason they are posting in support of LFD is because we arent trolling and spamming back. I think its clear who is mature here.

And please quote this with some dumb remark to support me further. please do.

Funny part is your remark is the dumb one, you're just trying to act like you're on a high horse. Guess what, you're not. If you stopped to put some thought into it, you'd notice i'm just posting someone else's poll that shows results. I honestly don't care if there is or isn't an LFD system. But the best option seems to be a non port server restricted LFD, at least for PvP servers. PvE servers can have Cross-PvE-Server LFD if they want.

I'm a casual player who works for a living, and a wife gamer who also works more hours than me atm. I like to check forums once in awhile, and while I don't mind a LFD tool. I am in the side of no teleport/cross server. So its not only a 'hardcore' thing.

Hi, I have a kid, a job, a wife, and an Elin avatar. I don't, however have a whole bunch of free time.

That's why I signed onto a type of game so time consuming it has been know to destroy the lives of lesser men!

Golly gee, it sure is hard being as amazing as I am. But even though i'm touched by the gods even I can't turn 40 minutes into 15 hours! (Because that's how long it takes to chat a few people up in town square to get a group LOOOOOLLLZZZ)

Wow, isn't that just darling. You have a family and a promising career. Wonderful, congratz, Bravo.

I sure wish I could say the same but back in the war for Essenia I took a thunderbolt to the spine and now my lower parts just don't work too well. Damn those elves.

But I tell you what. If I had a kid I sure wouldn't be spending my free time in Castanica vigorously inhaling the local 'spices' like I normally do.

As a long term player of the MMO genre, and also being "Hardcore" sometimes, I support LFD.

Why? Because its an optional tool that has rules to it. As said in another thread, you can't just use LFD the moment you get to the level range. You have to complete it first and even get the gear requirements to be eligible.

There are already scrolls that teleport you that is in the game. We have seen it in the CBT's.

I do not post on the forums often, but I do read it a lot. From what I read though, it seems theres about 15-20 people that are fully advocating no LFD whatsoever. Aside from that, everyone else doesnt seem to say much. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that if a lot of people don't care about it or are satisfied with the subject, they won't post their opinion.

Also, I'd like to note that whoever said that "Hardcore Players" are what kept people coming back to games is very, very wrong. I believe there is a misconception that many "Hardcore" players have which is that everyone that is not them wants to be them and have what they have.

I'll have you know that many many many friends of mine (RL and friends I've made while playing MMO's) Return to the MMO's because of friends and new casual content that looks fun to play.

Cross server needs to be an available OPTION to players that don't have the time to put together a group. If you only think about how this will effect you, (And I don't care how much you claim it's for the "community" because it really isn't), then you are being selfish and not helping the community as a whole. If players want to communicate and do things together, they will seek it out. That's what guilds are for, and BAM's, and Group Quests, and everything else that isn't a dungeon.

In conclusion, players who want to PvP will PvP regardless of the system. Communities will be built regardless of the system. If there are players here who need to be forced into groups to be able to talk to other players, then you should not be playing an MMO. This will not be detrimental to the game, and will, in fact, help the game grow.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

Since everyone is busy having a pissing contest over the LFD Tool, I thought I would join in with my own thread and copy paste it into other threads. Here is my suggestion, this [filtered] is gonna blow your [filtered] mind. Brace yourself for this, know what we need?

A [filtered] check box.

Damn right, seeing as LFD is going to happen, accept that already, I want to have a check box that makes my LFD Specific to my server. That means my ques will take longer, and it is my choice. People who don't check the box gets faster ques, and everyone is as happy as possible.

P.S. - Teleporting into the instance is moot, items are already in game that allow this.

Sorry man, but my eyes just aren't what they used to be. Could you condense that a little, double space it, and bump the font size up a little so I can read it a little better?

Just reply to the other threads no need to make a new thread :), to respond for me casual is like 5-6 hrs a day, If I only had 2hrs a day and a family no offence I'd play other stuff :/

I have a hard time understanding the idea of people playing this type of game for that short of a time myself. However, my situation only allows me to play when my kid is asleep, in school, or on my days off. I use to play 8-16 hours a day and still had a social life before I became a dad. Now it hasn't changed much. I just can't play anywere near as much as I use to. Because, I have to put my 3 year old first. But, that hard core gamer inside is still there.
